Billy J have an exciting opportunity for a Store Manager to lead our incredible flagship store in Kawana Shoppingworld!
As a Store Manager you will be responsible for managing our in-store team to ensure exceptional customer experiences are delivered to every customer that enters our store. You will develop and maintain an engaged and high-performing team while ensuring a positive work environment. You will also ensure compliance with operational standards, manage budgets, and drive operational efficiency.
What your day-to-day will include:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

Monitor daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales performance of the retail team
-
Manage inventory levels to optimise stock availability and ensure timely resupply
-
Manage and maintain store visual standards and presentation
-
Achieve operational excellence by implementing and maintaining operational policies and procedures
-
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations
-
Ensure compliance with company policies, including visual merchandising, marketing, and branding standards

Assist with hiring and developing a high-performing retail team
-
Provide coaching and guidance to team members to maintain high levels of motivation and engagement

Develop and maintain a positive work environment where employees feel valued and recognised
What we are searching for:

Previous experience in retail management or related field

Strong sales and customer service orientation
-
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions autonomously

A passion for fashion

An understanding of the Billy J aesthetic and/or brand is desired but not essential
