Returns Policy for our Bridesmaid Dress Collection
Any purchases made during our sales period cannot be repurchased for the same sale price if returned for incorrect size/change of mind reasons.
We understand purchasing for your special day can be difficult, so we are offering an alternate returns policy for our brides. If you have purchased 3 or more of any dress from our Bridesmaid collection (inclusive of Mon Cheri, Je'taime, and L'amour) in one transaction, you will be eligible to return these dresses for a full refund should they not suit (postage not included). This is a strict 30-day policy for residents in the United States and 30 days for international orders. If your items arrive outside this time frame, a credit will be issued. The timeframe begins from when you receive the dresses. Please note this excludes items that are marked at a discounted price. Please contact our customer service team should you wish to lodge a return for a refund at customerservice@billyj.com.au.
Please note: Each style of our bridesmaid collection is individually dyed, and as such, we unfortunately cannot guarantee the same color or tone will match for different styles. This includes styles that are restocked, as there can be color differences between productions. To avoid this, we recommend that our brides purchase their bridesmaid dresses within the same order so we can ensure they are from the same collection/batch. We apologize if this causes any inconvenience; however, we will always do our best to accommodate where possible. If you would like to mix different styles, each product has a "Matching Styles" tab that will provide further information as to what styles match in color in different collections.
