Important Notice: Bridesmaid Bookings Paused During Peak Season

Due to the high volume of customers to our Flagship Store during peak season, we will be temporarily pausing our bridesmaid booking and try-on service from 14th October 2024 to 12th January 2025. This pause will help us ensure a more enjoyable and efficient shopping experience for all our valued customers.

We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. We look forward to assisting you with your bridesmaid dress selections after 12th January.

We believe that every moment of your wedding should be a special experience, and selecting your bridesmaid dresses should be no exception! At Billy J, we love "love" and want to make your bridal party's dress shopping experience extra special. That's why we're thrilled to announce that Billy J now offers an in-store Bridesmaid Try-On Fitting Service at our beautiful Sunshine Coast Store!

To book your appointment, simply click the link HERE and select your preferred time. Once your booking is received, one of our friendly customer service team members will be in touch to arrange the selection of styles and sizes your bridesmaids would love to try on.

*Please note: Bookings must be made a minimum of 14 days in advance & a maximum of 60 days in advance. New times slots are released daily. A booking fee of $50 will be required upon scheduling your appointment. This fee ensures you have an allocated team member to provide you with the dedicated service and attention you deserve during your fitting session.*

"Our bridesmaid bookings are held at our Kawana boutique, located within Kawana Shoppingworld. Please note, this is not exclusively a bridalwear store.  We do not carry our bridesmaid collections on the shop floor, and the only styles available for your appointment will be the ones selected during the booking process. Rest assured, we will ensure your experience with us is a memorable event."

Cancellations/Refund Policy: We kindly ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 week before the beginning of your appointment. Cancellations made outside 7 days of your scheduled appointment will result in a full refund. However, cancellations made inside 7 days will result in all monies being forfeited.
