Returns Policy for our Bridesmaid Dress Collection
Any purchases made during our sales period cannot be repurchased for the same sale price if returned for incorrect size/change of mind reasonings.
We understand shopping for your special day can be difficult, so we are offering an alternate returns policy for our brides. If you have purchased 3 or more of any dress from our bridal collection (including Mon Cheri, Je'taime and L'amour) in a single transaction, you will be eligible to return these dresses within 30 days for a full refund should they not suit (postage not included). If your return falls outside this 30 day period, a store credit will be issued. The 30 day window begins from the date you receive your dresses. Please note: Each style of our bridesmaid collection is individually dyed and as such, we unfortunately cannot guarantee the same colour or tone will match for different styles. This includes styles that are restocked, as there can be colour differences between productions. To avoid this, we recommend that our brides purchase their bridesmaid dresses within the same order so we can ensure they are from the same collection/batch. We apologise if this causes any inconvenience however, we will always do our best to accommodate where possible.
